Shipping and returns
We use a logistical third party to fulfil our orders, they will handle the shipping process via the most suitable shipping partner for the destination.
As soon as we receive your order and payment, we try to ship as soon as possible, so you can enjoy your new item quickly. However, in line with our values, we choose to ship as consciously as possible, which means we cannot offer services such as same-day or next-day delivery.
Of course, we hope you will always be satisfied with your purchase. Things do go wrong on occasion though. If the product is not what you’d hoped for, is damaged or in any other way not to your liking, you have the right to return it to us within fourteen (14) calendar days after you received your order and receive a full refund of the purchasing price of the item. To apply for a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product according to the specifications you will receive from us.
The returned product needs to be back in our posession within 14 calendar days after receipt of the email with return instructions. So Good To Wear will refund your purchase within thirty (30) calendar days after we receive the returned goods in an undamaged state. The return shipping costs will be payable by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side or if the product was delivered damaged. If this is the case, we ask you to send a detailed description of the complaint and/or damage so we can assess your claim.
